I started with Networx SLS in August of 2014 as a direct support provider, however, I have been in the field for most of my adult life. I started straight out of high school with a Day Program in South San Diego. I moved on to work in the non-profit sector at a weekend recreational and daily transportation program. I worked there for 12 years. When I began working with Networx-SLS I had very little understanding of the concept of Supported Living, however, I quickly learned that in comparison to everything I have done professionally, this was the most rewarding. When I was offered the position of Coordinator and now Associate Director, I knew that I had found my final destination. I am thrilled to be a part of the Networx family and I look forward to this new chapter.
